Dear Customers, according to our company new sample policy published in 2005, Jan. temporarily we have cancelled free sample policy. The main reason is the dramatically increasing free sample inquiry all round the world has become our big burden. All samples should be paid from now. However, we can refund the sample fee to our distinguished clients during the following formal business transaction. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and sincerely wish all clients can understand us.
If the products you received from us, has the quality problem, you can contact us via email or fax. Please describe clearly about the problem, it’s better if you can show us the defect photos taken by you. Then we will forward you a return number, please put the return number on the package. After we received the returned goods, and confirmed the problem, we will immediately replace one for you and send to you immediately.
For saving unnecessary returned shipment cost, we suggest our clients agree to ship the replaced one together with your next order.
If you didn’t like our products after receiving goods within 24hours, please contact us via mail also. We will offer you a refund number. When we received the returned the goods, we will immediately refund goods value to you, with a sincere apology document. It’s not your fault. It’s our job to make you happy to do business with us. But both returned shipment cost and bank deduct fee will not be included.
We can arrange a wide range of shipment way for your choice. You can choose express delivery (DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex etc.) It’s door to door service. We have assigned shipment agreement with those express companies agent in Shenzhen, China. We can offer cheapest shipment cost to you if you pay in advance. Certainly it’s also no problem to ship you by using your own account in those express companies. We will tell you the tracking number as soon as we shipped out. Normally it takes 3~4days to arrive.
Surface mail is shipped from post office. It’s relatively cheap for shipping samples or small quantity order. But it takes about 35~45days to arrive normally.
Ordinary Air Freight
Ordinary Air Freight is good for middle quantity order (100kg above). We can ship to airport you designated or nearest to you. The local agent will contact you when goods arrived, then you can pick up them after finishing custom clearance.
For big quantity and large quantity order, we recommend you to use sea freight. We will arrange all exporting procedure, and send B/L document, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, and Sea Insurance (if insured) to you after shipping out. The local agent will contact you when goods arrived in your local seaport. Please go there to pick them up when finishing custom clearance.
We are willing to make OEM products for our world wide clients. And actually, we did make a lot of OEM products for many clients. If you need make OEM products, please contact us to make sure the MOQ, and OEM design. Especially for the OEM trademark, we can print your trademark on your products, but before doing that, we need a document from your side to claim that all the trademark and words has no copyright involved, and you will take full responsibility for that, or just show us copy of trademark registration document if your trademark has registered.
6. Payment Term
All orders need be paid in advance. You can pay us via Western Union (www.westernunion.com). It’s instant payment way, especially good for sample or small quantity order.
Or You can pay us to our company bank account via bank wire transfer (or say, telegraphic money), if you are a business organization too. Normally it takes 5~7 workdays to arrive.
And, you also can pay us to our designated private bank account, if you are individual person to purchase. It will arrive 5~7 workdays normally. Please make sure not transfer payment from your business account to our private account. It’s illegal according to international bank law.
At the moment, in China area, we still fail to accept credit card and paypal payment. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
